Woman in workplace politics: Power or influence?

An article recently published by Political Intelligence Executive Coach, David Bancroft – Turner explains the ‘positive action’ along with a range of initiatives to help woman break through the ‘glass ceiling’ of Power or Influence in an organisation. But woman are still being under-represented at the most senior levels of management. ‘What is absent from almost all these programmes is the recognition that people’s ability to progress in their career – be they male or female – is often due to their aptitude for successfully managing the organisational politics in their workplace.’
